O..M… to the F’ing G,  this place was horrible.    Have never been in any of the ‘Cancun’ Mexican but had heard what I good place it is; I was looking forward to some nice Mexican cooking.
first.. there was a line to be seated and plenty of open tables in the place.  After being seated, it took 15 minutes before the waiter came to get our
order.  Then they forgot my 2 year old Sons dinner.  Gave him two Styrofoam cups even after requesting a plastic cups (my son breaks the Styrofoam cups)
we saw the waiter like twice.    Waited for paper towels to clean up the spill after the first cup exploded in my sons hands. 

and after we requested to see the manager.. no one came.  We stood up front and complained to the hostess who just told us so what?
Yeah.. DO NOT go to this place.  it’s not with your money.  the food wasn’t THAT good.

Ramada Limited – Tell City    7/16/11
Spending over $100 a night for a room I expect a certain level of service.   Leaving at 11am and coming back to a dirty room at 8 PM is not something I would expect.  After complaining to the front desk, we where only told that they would speak to the manger about it.   HUH?    Calculate how much the cleaning crew makes per room and take that off my bill.     I paid for service I didn’t get!     *sigh*   I think about that now..

The highlight of the parrot’s day was going along to see the magician
in action in the evening. During the magician’s performances, the
parrot would watch him very carefully during each trick, and
immediately after the magician had completed the trick the parrot
would call out in a loud squark, ” It’s up his sleeve, it’s up his
sleeve,” or, ” It’s down his trousers, it’s down his trousers,” each
time ruining the magician’s trick.

Well life was no longer as sweet and the magician started to struggle
to satisfy the passengers. The magician naturally got very tired of
the parrot and longed to kill it.

Then one night in the middle of the magician’s performances, the ship
hit an iceberg and sank. Everyone was killed except for the magician
and the parrot. The magician managed to swim to a piece of wreckage,
climbed aboard and collapsed. The parrot flew towards the magician
and perched on the edge of the raft and stared at the magician.

For a whole day the magician was unconscious, and all this time the
parrot did not take his eyes off him. Eventually the magician started
to stir, and looked up not really knowing where he was or what had
happened. He eventually found enough energy to sit up. He then
noticed the parrot, who had not stopped focusing his eyes on him all
this time.

“All right I give up …” chirped the parrot, “… What have you done
with the ship ?”

So there and sign the petition!  If Indy was good enough for U-Verse test market it should be for Google as well.

As a child he read everything about gunfighters he could find.   His hero was Billy the Kidd.   He dreamed of being just like his hero.

One day he went to town and bought himself a black hat, some black clothes, a black horse and two pistols. He went home and every day he went out behind his barn, and practiced shooting. After two weeks he was getting to be quite a good shot. He decided it was time to show off. He put on his black clothes and hat, strapped on his guns and rode into town. When he walked into the saloon, standing at the bar he saw Billy the Kidd. He was so excited! He walked up and said, “Mr. Kidd, I am your biggest fan. I have always wanted to be just like you.  ”Look at me. Do I look like a gunfighter?”

Billy looked him over and said, “Well, you have the right clothes and you have a nice black hat, and I see you rode up on a black horse. But, can you shoot?” Marvin looked around the room and said, “See that piano player over there?” He drew his pistol and fired, shooting the cufflink off the piano player’s shirt. Billy said, “Not bad. Can you shoot with your left hand? A gunfighter’s got to be able to shoot with both hands.” Marvin drew his other pistol and fired, shooting off the piano player’s other cufflink. Billy said, “That’s mighty fine shooting. I just have one piece of advice for you.”

Marvin was bubbling with excitement, “What is it? What else should I do?” Billy spoke slowly, “Well, go back into the kitchen there and get a big tub of lard. Take both of your pistols and rub them around in the lard, get them good and slick.” Marvin was puzzled. He asked, “Why is that important? What good will rubbing my pistols in lard do?” Billy replied, “It won’t help your shooting at all, but when Wyatt Earp finishes playing the piano over there he’s going to shove both of your pistols up your ass.”

So I get this Email from a friend that’s bitching to Americans that we can’t trust the Government with them running a national health care system and bring up some “facts” about other government run systems:

“The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775. You have had 234 years to get it right and it is broke. ”

It would still be working if you didn’t like a little thing called the Internet.

“Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 74 years to get it right and it is broke. ”

Well it did work for a few years. Problem is that the expected benefit level, length of time to get Social Security benefits, and the cost of living has risen WAY above the taxes you pay.

“Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 71 years to get it right and it is broke. ”

“Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 39 years to get it right and it is broke. ”

Because people don’t want to pay their bills.

“War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is taken each year, transferred to “the poor” and they only want more. ”

Because people are lazy and like things to be handed to them; most poor people aren’t they way out of choice.

“Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 44 years to get it right and they are broke.”

Well it did work for a few years. Problem is that the medical bills have risen WAY above the taxes you pay.

“The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.”

Because people like their SUV’s, new car models every year, plastic toys, Internet, and IPods.

“You have FAILED in every “government service” you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars and you have failed for allowing it. AND YOU WANT AMERICANS TO BELIEVE YOU CAN BE TRUSTED WITH A GOVERNMENT-RUN HEALTH CARESYSTEM??”

No WE have failed. We have failed the Government and we have failed each other. We can’t run our own life’s, we expect to be spoon feed and for someone else to tell us what to do. We throw temper tantrums when the government asks for more money to pay for the programs we use.

There is a bigger problem here and no one really see’s it.
